02-May-2025 || By Editor

I will continue to fight for the interests of advocates till my last breath. Those who have a disrespectful attitude towards advocates do not deserve respect. There is an atmosphere of happiness in the court due to the transfer of DJ. Advocates felicitated Advocate Saroj Yadav of District and Sessions Court Agra, who made a special identity by fighting for the interests of Agra's advocates. Sweets were distributed among the advocates on this occasion.

Expressing his views during the program, senior advocate Surendra Lakhan praised Advocate Saroj Yadav for fighting for the self-respect of advocates. He said that Advocate Saroj Yadav has always fearlessly fought for the interests of advocates.

He has raised the voice of the advocates of Agra Court till the High Court and Supreme Court. The result of Saroj's struggle is that instead of making the judge of the High Court, Agra campus judge DJ Vivek Sangal, who had an arrogant attitude towards the advocates, has been transferred to the post of District Judge of Badaun. On this occasion, Advocate Saroj Yadav expressed her gratitude to the advocates of Agra Court for the invaluable support given in the struggle.

She said that the honor and self-respect of the advocate community is paramount. No matter how big a position a person holds, he should never try to play with the honor and self-respect of the advocates. Otherwise, the advocate community has never lagged behind in fighting for its rights and will never be. Advocate Saroj Yadav has appealed to all the Bar Associations of Agra that a farewell ceremony should never be organized in honor of a judicial officer like DJ Vivek Sangal, who has a respectful attitude towards lawyers.

She said that if judicial officers themselves want respect, then they will have to learn to respect the advocates. She said that she will continue to struggle for the honor and self-respect of advocates till her last breath. On this occasion Satish Kumar Shami, Suresh Chand Sharma, Rajkumar, Narendra Singh, Bijendra Singh, Ramhet Singh, Komal Singh Verma, Yashpal Yadav, Rajveer Singh, Arjun Singh, Bholendra Singh, Sandeep Dhama, Manoj Kumar, Pramod Kumar Gautam, AP Singh, Anand Kumar, Chandrapal, Manohar Singh, Bhavana Kulshrestha, Ragini Parmar etc. were prominently present.
