In a brief hearing today, the judges asked Remo's lawyer why he has come to the Supreme Court in 2024 to cancel the summons issued by the court in 2020? The Advocate told that his revision petition was pending in the High Court. On this, the bench said that the petitioner has not delayed in challenging the summons on his behalf. Therefore, we are issuing notice to the parties involved in the case.
